No. We can’t use the present perfect tense if we make reference within a sentence to a date or time of a single event that is not within the limit of the current continuous period of time. The present perfect tense is used only to describe events that started in the past and continue up to the present.
So we can say, “She was admitted to the hospital yesterday.” and “She was admitted to the hospital at 10 o’clock this morning.” and “She has been in the hospital since yesterday.” But we can’t say, “She has been admitted to the hospital yesterday.” or “She has been admitted to the hospital at 10 o’clock this morning.” Why? Because the act of admission occurred in the past and was a one-time event, but the presence of the person in the hospital started in the past and continues up to the present.
