Help Is B818 good for Rocket Sim? If not, can u recommend me a good one?

Hello! I am seeking advice on which modem to purchase that can provide sufficient internet speed for my leisure activities while still prioritizing my school work. Would the B818 modem be a suitable option for me since I do not require extremely fast speed and I will be the only user? I have a Rocket SIM card available, but I am concerned that the B818 modem may not support an IMEI changer, which could potentially lead to my Rocket SIM card being blocked. If this is the case, could you please suggest an alternative modem that would be suitable for my needs? Preferably 8k below if possible. I am currently residing in Cebu and have limited knowledge about modems and SIM cards.

P.S I can't afford a 5G modem since i'm still a student. Maximum budget is 10,000.
