Closed Iphone5s activation after updating to ios 11 gpp

Nag-update po ako from iOS 10.3.3 to iOS 11.0.1 then tinry ko i-activate yung phone ko pero ayaw.
Hindi din gumagana yung GPP LTE chip ko and nakakadalawa or tatlo na ko, hindi po gumagana yung GPP MENU then nakalagay pag dina-dial ko yung *5005*7672*0* or *00* is "Service failed' tas "No address". Please help!!

1. If nasa activation screen ka press home button. From there select emergency call.
2. Sa Emergency call type *5005*7672*00# then click call.
3. Now meron lalabas ng mga list ng networks na currently locked sa iPhone mo which you can bypass the activation screen.

Hindi po lumalabas yung GPP menu ng sa akin, "Service failed" tsaka "No address" po lumalabas tapos "Dismiss" button
Na-try ko na po different sim, Smart, Sun, TM and Globe.

Tried ko na po yun, hindi din lumalabas yung GPP menu pagdinial sa emergency call.
