Update: weird when I'm turnin the data on and off it won't change the ip even after a few minutes have gone by, I changed lte bands instead and voila i found 1 ip address that was able to connect

nope, sa Ip na yan di lang prefixes na yan ang gumagana nasa buong ip di ko parin maintindihan yung pattern but yeah tinry ko rin kasi, nag test ako ng iba ibang ip tapos isha share ko sana dito sa phc but no meron sa mga ip na yan na pag nakuha mo na working at meron parin yung hindi kahit kapareha ng mga working na Ip kase kasama buong structure dun kunware nakaconnect ka sa 100.81.xxx.xx ngayon next time na makakakuha ka ng Ip with the same prefix na 100.81.xx pwedeng di siya mag connect kaya dun sa thread ko naglagay nalang ako ng tip para mabilis makahanap ng working na Ip at yep magkakaiba ng working na Ip saten kasi kumakagat sakin 100.97xx tapos sabi ni Sir Gilbert working yung 100.98xx pero sakin ayaw kumagat nun nakailang hanap nako, baka sa iba gumagana pero ganun talaga magkakaiba yan
No hate lodi share ko lang to o pwede ring yan nga yung fixed na working at setup ko yung mali. just saying.

Ip won't change by toggling your data connection on/off ,toggling airplane mode will
