Important:
Sabihin lang na nawala ang data indicator at di na maka-access sa internet pero ang call and text ok naman.

Be prepared when asked about
- sites and apps used (like whatsapp). Sabihin lang na nagbabad sa paggamit ng video call nito at gumamit din ng mga free sites tulad ng freebasics.com, freenet app, etc.
- Name (Don't give your complete name, nickname ok na).
- Last promo registered.
- Last day of access.
- Location (Barrio, Town, Province, Landmark like Town Hall, etc)
- Phone used.
- Signal on the phone (H+, 3G, 4G etc)

The technical assistant will ask you to wait and check your sim profile.
You'll be informed later that there's data misalignment on your sim.
The technical assistant will prepare a report and you'll be asked to wait for the reference number.

Ganitong ganito din yun ginawa ko makalipas ang isang buwan ayun nga nga parin yun 4 na sim ko hahaha talagang gud luck

Kasi after mong makuha reference # na ibinigay ng csr maghintay ng 24hrs dahil ifoforward nila report sa billing? Dept.(not sure what dept) ..and within that time na walang dumating na any confirmation at bumalik na data mo tawag ka ulit,sabihin mo yong reference # na binigay sayo then ichecheck uli ng csr sa computer ,filed reports.then sasabihin kaya walang dumating na confirmation is because hindi inaprovan ng dept...and the only way para maunblock ang sim is to comply for some requirements na isesend sau ng csr thru sms

Wala pa rin pla talaga lusot sa mga required documents. Ang hassle nung ganun bes. Mag avail na lang new sim hehe mas mabilis pa
