Help How to locate location using email?

Possible ba to? I get strange email kasi na nagpapanggap na kakilala ko sinakyan ko yung trip nya dahil hinuhuli ko kung anong motive.
Identity theft kilala nya yung friend at nagpanggap na sya yun. Is that possible na malocate ko kahit yung origin lang nung email? May suspected na ko but i want to be sure lang.
