Type “Help” to 185 kung gagana sa iyo. O kaya yung SIM card mismo ay hindi guagana, walang signal, o kaya may signal pero hindi registered sa DITO network (like Emergency Calls Only, No service, Network unavailable, etc.,).
Try another device kung sakaling gagana siya, baka may iba't ibang senyales ng defective SIM, o kaya walang signal na nakakasagap. Alin man, you can investigate. You can still help para mas maitindihan na may screenshots.
