Help, How to Carrier Aggregate LTE Band Locking for Greenpacket D2-220g using Telnet?

I have access to telnet by going to Advanced, Ping Test and entered the following command:

127.0.0.1 & busybox telnetd -p 2323 -l /bin/sh

Please help on how to run commands for LTE Carrier Aggregation Band Locking.
