Closed Gs free offers problem

First time ko pa po magdownload ng GS app. While reading some threads here regarding sa ehi file at http injector na may requirements sa GS, so I decided to download the app and follow all necessary instructions how to accept free offers however, when I tried to activate the free offers, always activation failed with error code na 217. Nagsearch ako if may same scenario dito, meron naman, ginaya ko yung procedures, pero ganun padin. Palaging activation failed ( Natry ko na din other offers, same response) baka po may alam po kayo on how to deal with this problem? Screenshot below. Thank you

PS Never pa ako naka accept ng free offers sa gs kasi 1st time ko pa. Although nabili ko ang sim globe sim last Oct. 2017.

Negative padin kahit may load ako. Same error code. Ginawa ko na lahat, ayaw talaga. Never pa nga ako nakakuha ng free offers sa sim nato. Sadlife
