You'd have to register first with GoSURF50, which costs P50, and gives 1GB of data for 3 days. Once registered, you can then avail of HomeSURF15, which offers the P15/1GB rate valid for one day. On the plus side, you'll be able to register for HomeSURF15 for as many times as you want until your GoSURF50 registration expires in 3 days.

Along with HomeSURF15 are HomeSURF promos with bigger data allocations available too: HomeSURF349 nets users 10 GB of data for P349 valid for 10 days, while HomeSURF599 offers 15 GB of data for P599 valid for 30 days.
