Gomo Sim Expiration?

Mga Boss, tanong lang po, yung gomo sim ko kase activated last oct. 2020 pa. Ngayon po ay hindi ko sya masyado nagagamit kase pang emergency ko lang sya or pagnasa byahe or pag may itetext ako or call emergency at may wifi po kase sa bahay then meron din sa office kaya po sobrang tipid ko hehe. Possible po kaya by oct 2021 e madeactivate na ang gomo sim ko dahil di pa naloadan ulit? 19gb pa po kase sya kaya nang hihinayang pa ako loadan ulit hehe.

As long naka salpak sa phone na naka always on service walang problema sa deactivation or expiration. Sa smart kasi kapag 90 days na hindi na nakasalpak sa phone ma dedeactivate yung sim, ewan ko lang sa gomo if ilang months ng duration sa kanila

Other than this, your sim card will expire if no ρáíd transaction has been made within one (1) year. To extend the life of your SIM card, purchase any GOMO data pack or roaming offer. Expired GOMO SIM cards will be permanently disconnected from the GOMO network, and the corresponding mobile number may be reassigned. If permanently disconnected, your GOMO SIM card can no longer be reactivated and
your mobile number that has been reassigned cannot be reacquired. You must purchase a new GOMO SIM Pack to avail of the GOMO Service.

Yep, mag-eexpire siya. You need to reload any promo. Before October. Or else, you'll risk the chance na mawawala yung sim mo.

Edit: Kahit may Data, Call, or Text allocations ka pa na natira, or kahit always nakasalpak yung sim mo, mag-eexpire pa rin yan. Dapat reload ka talaga, any promo basta maka-reload lang.

At pala, sobrang liit ng usage mo ah. Palagi ko kasi akin ginagamit if nasa labas. Send ng videos, photos, watch netflix, play games, at hotspot rin para sa laptop if needed.

Yung 30GB sa akin only lasts for about 5-or so months. Yung backup ko is Smart na Magic Data, no expiry rin.

so it seems yung expiration countdown is based sa activation date mo. yung sim card na nabili ko is expiration ng Dec 31 2021, pero inactivate ko yung sakin, April 14, 2021. nagtext si Gomo sakin na mag eexpire na daw yung sim ko kanina.

Nagkakaroon ba ng notification sa GOMO app yung expiration without any ρáíd transaction within 1 year? And magsisimula ba yung countdown kung kailan ka nagreload?
