To be honest FITNESS since past few days cause by the effect of pandemic I feel depressed sometimes but when I try working out it serves to me as my therapy or routine in my daily life...I feel happy when I'm doing it even though it was hard in the beginning

Lagi kong hiling to everytime i pray. Na sana mabuhay ng matagal pamilya ko to my parents at sa mga kapatid ko. parang ang hirap mabuhay ng kulang kami. then 2nd matapos na tong pandemic para maka balik tayong lahat sa normal.
