Help GCASH, cant login

Di ako maka login sa Gcash, pero fully registered na ko,
nakalagay is Something went wrong, then reinstall ko ang gcash, tapos nung ila log in ko na, napunta ako sa Registration form? bakit eh fully verify na yun, tapos pag mag send money, may name naman nakalagay?

Mayroong ilang mga posibleng dahilan kung bakit hindi ka makapag-login sa Gcash. Narito ang ilan sa mga posibleng solusyon sa mga problemang ito:

1. Siguraduhin na tama ang mga detalye ng iyong account - Siguraduhin na tama ang iyong mobile number at email address na nakarehistro sa iyong Gcash account. Kung mayroong mali sa mga detalye, mag-log in sa iyong Gcash account at mag-update ng mga ito.

2. Subukan mag-reset ng password - Kung nakalimutan mo ang iyong password o hindi makapag-login, subukan mag-reset ng password sa pamamagitan ng pag-click sa "Forgot Password" link sa login page ng Gcash app. Susundin mo ang mga tagubilin upang mag-reset ng iyong password.

3. I-clear ang cache at data ng Gcash app - Kung hindi pa rin makapag-login, subukan i-clear ang cache at data ng Gcash app sa iyong smartphone. Ito ay magpapawala ng mga nakabinbing error sa iyong app. Pumunta sa Settings > Apps > Gcash > Storage > Clear Cache at Clear Data.

4. Tumawag sa customer service ng Gcash - Kung hindi pa rin makapag-login, tumawag sa customer service ng Gcash upang humingi ng tulong. Maaari mong tawagan ang Gcash sa (02) 889-10000 o magpadala ng email sa support@gcash.com.

Sa iyong sitwasyon, maaaring nagkaroon ng glitch sa iyong app kaya napunta ka sa registration form kahit na fully verified na ang iyong account. Subukan mong i-clear ang cache at data ng iyong Gcash app at subukan muli mag-login. Kung hindi pa rin ito gumagana, tumawag sa customer service ng Gcash para sa karagdagang tulong.
