Ano marerecommend niyo dito ilang araw na ako nauubo
Hindi naman ito siguro covid
 
wag naman sana boss... dahon ng lagundi o kaya oregano boss pag may blender o kaya juicer katasan mo lang yong dahon tapos inumin bago ka matulog at pag gicing mo sa umaga... ilang araw lang bosss wala agad yang ubo mo (y)
 
Vitamin C with zinc. Vitamin D3 or plenty of early morning sunshine. Sleep at least 8 hrs at night. Wag maging vampire and sleep during the day. You need to produce melatonin. Use spices in your food (garlic, onion). Onion tea is also good. Puwede din salabat or ginger and turmeric tea. Drink fluids to keep hydrated. You can also try lagundi or ****** coconut oil.

Take precautions and wear a mask when with other people. It can be viral or bacterial. Watch out if you develop fever, diarrhea or headache. Also if you lose your sense of smell and taste, consult a doctor immediately.

Sa panahon ngayon, better be safe than sorry. Assume you may have covid but do not be afraid. If your symptoms are more than a week, better consult a doctor.

From experience lang po. Sister ko was sick with covid. Nagassume din siya ordinary cough lang. Na-admit siya sa hospital dahil bumaba ang kanyang oxygen level at mahirap na guminhawa. Treat early talaga.
