I want to dare the author to defend his/her answer kaso taga unlock lang kami eh. Anyway, I will show you my solution on this problem (Question #1), it's up to you who are you going to believe with. Muka namang EE ka so for sure mapapa isip kadin sa solution na pinrovide nung author kapag sinilip mong maigi yung gawa nya. Hello. Di sa dinedefend ko yung nagsagot sa chegg, pero kasi yung nasa given ay "line voltage" and if I'm not mistaken, yun yung usually ginagamit sa polyphase systems. Tho ayun, to be fair, medyo vague yung given kasi di naman sinabi if single-phase yung source or polyphase.
Addendum: Tulad ng sinabi ni TS, the best pa rin talaga na pag-aralan if tama ba talaga yung sagot sa chegg. Wala nang shortcut dun.

Take for example yung output ng secondary ng isang 1-phase transformer with center tap (1-ph, 3-wire system). Let's say eh 240V sya. May Line-to-Line and Line-to-neutral voltages sya (240V and 120V respectively). So ma pa single or three phase man, pasok sa banga yung term na 'line voltage'.

Yan po ang pagkaka alam ko ha kaya yan din ang naging base ng calculations ko. Hoping na tama ako kasi kung mali, yare Pero kung mali man yung pagkaka alam ko, at least new learnings
