This happens when Amazon bans your account. It keeps pretending your password is wrong, then you foolishly try to change it but still get the same error.
Amazon just banned your account and is treating you like a criminal.

This can happen because we had used a bad credit or debit card in an account or maybe they have encountered a fake address and logging in to your original IP address which have been detected by the server.

I also tried to but I failed. I reset my password like 5 times in the last 2 hours. At some point it just started saying internal error. It turns out my account had fraudulent activity on it so they reset the password.

I guess, still working pa naman yung trick... sa address lang nahuli.. saka mahirap i-claim na yung DROP 2 kasi isang Amazon account lang pwede i-login lalo na naka-bind sya sa Amazon account tapos di mo pa ma-open para ma-unbind... bago mo mapalitan ng new account
