If it involves you giving money and getting a higher money in return as Interest. yes its a scam.

at first they will give you simple task and reward you with real money.
Then after a while a prepaid task they will recommend that you need to give small amount to pay. after that you will receive a percentage and get more money within minutes.

Dont fall for it.
Once they started asking for you to give money. Stop. its a scam.
