Closed Ehi file that supports whatsapp call

Has anyone created an EHI file for HTTP Injector that supports WhatsApp Call? If so, how did you accomplish it?

Its all about finding the right servers but those servers are almost always full

I now know where to find servers that support WhatsApp call.
