1. Kain ka breakfast/lunch/dinner (depende anong oras ka magising) na malupitan.
2. Maligo ka.
3. Tulog ka marami.

water kalagi pag may chance.

4. Repeat the process if necessary.
(Para makaiwas as much as possible sa hang over, iwasan nyo uminom ng dark colored na *******. stick to Gin, Vodka and other white spirits)
