For me bro, number 1 is confidence. And everyone here can't stress this enough. What I've done was, I eliminated any Tagalog material/shows and kept on watching and listening to materials that are in English. If there's a group that you can join or maybe a job in a corporate world that uses English as their primary language such as BPO, go! That will also help you enhance your skills in speaking. For writing, try writing an essay about a specific topic and note anything that you want to say. Don't mind about grammar, you can do that later. And once you're done, try using Grammarly and paste what you have written, and you'll see the correction with explanations. Hope this helps!
