Halos kakalabas ko lang sa Isolation Facility September 6. 10 days lang akong naka quarantine doon kasi clear naman ang XRAY ko at walang nakitang kahit na anong nakakabahala. Nakakatakot lang talaga sa covid kapag nagkaroon ka ng Pneumonia. Dalawang klase kasi yan e. Mild pneumonia means need mo lang mag take ng gamot na binibigay nila para sa ubo at mag e-extend ka ng another 10 days sa isolation facility para obserbahan. Airborne kasi ang pneumonia. Ang isa naman ay Yung malalang pneumonia which means kailangan mo ng ilipat sa mas malapit na hospital dahil anytime pwede kang maubusan ng oxygen sa katawan.

Kung okay naman pakiramdam mo/niyo ng family mo wag na kayo magpadala sa facility. Ako kasi nung nasa isolation facility simula pag pasok ko doon vitamins C with Zinc lang pinainom sa akin e. Kinagandahan lang din sa napuntahan ko everyday may nag pupuntang nurse para tignan ang blood pressure, ecg, at oxygen level namin. Self Medication lang yan take vitamins sa umaga at sa gabi
