CS up to CSGO is actually free kung non-steam ang hanap ninyo. Yang CS yung game na pinakamadaling hanapin dahil sikat yan bago pa mag-year 2000. Google search lang ay meron ka na dahil dekada na yang pc game, pero sikat pa rin, at maliit lang yung installer or portable pa. Example: Sa official non-steam versions, nasa baba yung mga links for the most used "standard versions" ng CS, kasama na yung CSS at CSGO atbp. kung sakaling offered. Kung gusto ninyo ng CS 1.6 non-steam na latest builds na synchronized sa Valve/Steam updates, type nyo sa Google yung "CS 1.6 GSClient" at lalabas na yung link providers. Kayo na lang yung magbago ng language nyan kung hindi english or find the English version. These versions are compatible with modern hardware/OS too.

Kung may alam kayong mag-compile at gusto ninyong magbuo ng sariling CS or any Half-life mod on his archive, hanapin ninyo sa YT si Nikolay Aulov dahil nag-provide din siya ng full source code. Sa Source engine ay meron siya.

Sa CS 1.6 ay wala pang src nyan dahil hanggang Half-life SDK lang at engine like Xash3D ang open source sa ngayon - yung beta (reversed engineered) ay di pa stable sa "client" side though merong running development. Yung HLDS pa lang ang available ang src sa CS "server" option - search for RE-HLDS.

I recommend using HL 1.1.1.2 when using the old CS 1.0 - 1.6 versions.

For offline with bots, sa CS 1.3/1.5 pababa, install nyo yung Podbot 2.5 pababa, at dyan sa CS 1.6 steamless ay Zbot na lang.

For noobs-novice players, use Podbot_mm or RegameDLL_CS as primary AI.
(Dinagdag ko lang po ito for those who know how to install half-life and its mods like CS from scratch or want to try/understand more on what they are downloading. Sorry po sa hindi makahabol! Ang basics po kasi sa gaming, you need to know what you are installing and how to understand how the files work. It just needs a lot of reading, practice and trial and error.)
