Parehas yan noong pack ni Mjay Tuscano if I remember - CS 1.1 detected sa HL engine menu (mod viewer) tapos CS 1.3 pag-load sa CS. Pati sa baba - same version. Akala ko modified build using latest HL engine base sa date, but thanks. Sa latest Xash3d at FreeCS ko lang napaandar yang one and only "CS 1.3" mod version ni Minh Le pati yung HL 1.1.1.0 up to unofficial patches up to v1.1.1.3 (Steamless). Pero sa HL 1.1.0.9 is enough. Stable naman.

Just in case. Sa Windows 7, make sure to test compatibility mode Win 98 - XP and run as administrator - Win 98 is better. (Sa <XP, you don't need to do something.)
Play on lan only since there's no WON servers available online for years.

Dalawang klase yan. Merong WON version para sa HL engine na gamit ng CS 1.3 or yung for Steam/Non-steam na Half-life na gamit ng Cs 1.6. Since HL WON version ang ginagamit natin sa "thread" na ito, Yung HL Wanted na WON version yung isalpak mo sa game folder para malaro mo yung Western game play nyan. Basahin mo na lang kung papaano magamit yung "COW-BOTS" for offline play.

Yang CS 1.3 mapili sa hardware and OS dahil panahon pa ng WON (pre-Steam) yan ginawa. Bigyan kita ng usual guide using thsi two links:

Normally, and simpleng gawin sa ngayon ay idagdag na alang sa launch scripts yung -window -noborder para sa Borderless windowed screen mode to have that effect.

Bahala ka na lang sa screen resolution na gusto mo dyan sa launch script like for example hl.exe -game cstrike -console -window -noborder -w 1024 -h 768

o subukan mo itong version sa Xash3d na compatible sa modern pc at mas ok pa sa old half-life engine. Mas ok yan gamitin online and offline.

Lahat ng pre-steam mods ng CS ay ok yang Xash3d sa pc, Yung CS 1.6 ay meron din pero h-a-c-k-e-d client.dll lang para umandar usually using CS 1.6 beta. Sa accessories na lang hinabol to look like steam version.
