Hi mga ka PHC. Nag reset ako ng modem. Naka bridge mode kasi ako tapos nag brown out then ayaw na mag assign ng ip ni modem so no choice kung hindi mag hard reset ngayon bawal daw pala may error ako na recieve na need to contact isp na daw.
Naku sir, ang alam ko po, bawal na bawal eh hard reset yung modem ng converge without their concern. Ang pinaka magandang gawin niyo po is call po kayo sa csr nila then sabihin mopo yung comcern niyo, eh remote po siguro nila yan para bumalik sa normal.
wag na wag kayo magpapaupgrade sigurado marami silang ilalagay for authentication,,dami nagpaupgrade ayun,.,,tigbak lahat sila..ahah kala kasi ng mga tao,,speed upgrade lng gagawin,,,ahahah

Have done this numerous times pero tech support pa rin talaga ng converge nakapag ayos. I even tried copying my friend's config from their wifi same model and subscription. Pero hindi pa rin gumana.

Well in my case it worked, just had to follow an installer from YøùTùbé about the wan setup tas okay na, copy mo na lang config para you can reset na whenever you want
