China installs floating barrier in Scarborough Shoal PCG

Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, September 24) — The China Coast Guard (CCG) has installed a 300-meter-long floating barrier in the southeast portion of Scarborough Shoal, preventing Philippine fishing boats from entering the area, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said Sunday.​

Personnel of the PCG and the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) on board BRP Datu Bankaw discovered the floating barrier during a maritime patrol last Sept. 22.​

as i can remember this is the second time China blocked filipino fishermen in scarborough, the first one in 2012 until they were un-blocked during duterte's time when US bases were pulled out upon duterte's order and now that babyM is inviting the USA to construct bases again then here is China on that shoal again

i understand na di maka palag si babyM kay USA since meron siyang kaso doon and his travel ban was lifted in favor of him being president

2012 non existing pa base nila, sa panahon ni DU30 nagkaroon nang build up nang Tsina force sa WPS. actually not just PH, just like Pakistan and Bangladesh na psyop din sila nang Tsina.

what i mean yung base na pina tayo Tsina. na misread ko lang.

anyways noong 2010 ko pa ito na discuss sa kabilang forum na kung saan malaking impact yung presence nang Tsina sa West Philippine Sea simula noong na tuklasan na nagkaroon nang joint oil exploration ng Tsina at Philippines baka ito rin yung reason kung bakit na "wire tap" si Ate Gloria nang CIA, perfect timing talaga si DU30 dahil di na nahirapan pa mag patayo nang base sa WPS.

so on that same year they claimed seven reefs and build bases on three of that seven reefs
