Closed Cant send msgs

I cant send messages to digits like 8888/8080, 4438 and 3733. It is always failed. Send help please i always need to insert my sim to another phone if i register to any globe promos.

Ps. Im using a plan phone (but not the sim)

Gosms is the option. Kahit ayaw ko kay gosms, ge nalang was choice haha anyway arigathanks
