BP ko, normal or high?

Wtf hahaha, parehas tayo as in pero edad -3 sayo. Nag bp ako sa ganyang device last December 137/97. Pero one time lang kasi merun sa lola ko. Pero yung height at weight mo paps, normal lang BMI.
Dati kasi nung nasa 4th yr high school pa ko , nung nagpa consult ako nun sa sakit kong gastrointeritis nung kinuhaan ako ng BP, sabi sakin ng doctor try ko raw magpa ECG kasi hindi raw tama yung rhythm ng heart ko,, which is di ko pinansin
 
Normal weight ka naman. iwas sa matatamis, sa mamantika at maalat. Take ka un turmeric capsule everyday pampa normal yan ng BP. Silent killer yan hypertension.
Mag exercise ka din everyday maski 30mins walking

mataas yan. wala pa kayong nararamdaman sa epekto nyan dahil tolerable pa ng katawan nyo. pero wag nyo ng antayin na mag karoon. madaming factors, pwedeng mataas ang creatinine or blood sugar kaya tumaataas ang bp. maganda ma check ng maaga.
