Also, it's important to keep in mind that a person's ability to speak and write in English is not always a good indicator of their general intelligence or cognitive ability. If a person speaks and writes English well. that doesn't always mean they are smart or have a high level of intelligence. Each person has their own was to show or shine how smart and outstanding they are.
