I complained sa CSR ng Smart Comm dahil sa walang data indicator ko. I followed-up my complain after 24 hours at sabi ng CSR hindi nila kaya solusyon ang problem at kailangan na mag file ako ng complain letter indicating din whether the SIM ay gagamitin ko personal or business use...mag submit na rin daw ako ng one (1) government issued ID...hassle ito....
Ito na yata ang bago nilang policy...I don't know and no info yet if any of the TS experienced this new kind of process.
