SKL. This is the frequency bands available for China and Philippines. I put this here para may idea po ang mga nagbabalak bumili ng Phone na China ROM phones (or even Global ROMs na hindi pa lumalabas sa Philippine market, but I'll focus on China phones for this post because maraming nagtatanong)
So as you see, China has a GSM and CDMA major networks just like US, while Philippines only has GSM. When you look closely Sa LTE bands, 2 lang ang may parehong bands, Band 3 (1800+) and Band 41 (TD 2600). Now, kahit na sabihin natin na yung nabili niyong Phone has 2 matched frequency bands, the next question is, supported ba siya sa area ko. The most reliable and strong band is B41, while B3 is weaker. So kung B3 lang ang meron sa area niyo, mahina po ang data speed niyo, well, halos kabilis lang siguro ng 3G speeds.
Kaya sa mga nagiisip pong bumili ng grey market phones, think and research wisely po kung itutuloy niyo dahil baka hindi kayo makakasagap ng malakas na LTE signal dahil wala pa sa area niyo.
