B593s-22 cannot open homepage

I have been using this router for months with regular globe or smart sim. Was able to unlock before.
Then I tried a Globe at Home sim but I cannot connect so I reset the router.
Now, I cannot use any sim. I cannot open homepage 192.168.254.254.
I tried reseting multiple times and no luck. I tried B593u-12 firmware still not working.
Pahelp naman po.

Sa router po problema kasi connected naman sa B310 at tozed s10g.

Palitan mo ng 192.168.254.1 ung ip4 address mo tapos 255.255.255.0 ung subnet mask.
Ganyan din nangyari sakin kaso hindi ko ma-access ung admin at user ng router.
Invalid ung username/password
