Help Ask lang po about kay PLDT

Hello mga boss, tanong lang. Pag hindi ba binabayaran yung PLDT. Babayaran pa rin ba? Almost 3 months na din kasi kami hindi nakakapagbayad, pinutulan kami netong May 30th. Pag-check ko kasi sa PLDT messenger 5.3k na babayaran namin. Bakit kaya ganon mga boss?
 
Solution
If within contract/lock-in period, continuous pa rin ang billing hangga't hindi kayo officially terminated.

Termination Fees:

MSF X 3 of current plan + 1PhP 2,500 STB (if applicable) + remaining depreciated cost of bundled device/s (if applicable) + outstanding balance (if any)

3. Disconnection. Subject to existing provisions of law, violation of any of the foregoing provisions shall give PLDT the right to immediately disconnect the pertinent service without incurring liability for damages. Such disconnection shall not relieve the subscriber from any monetary obligations accruing prior to the disconnection or from any liability to PLDT as a consequence of such violation.

Ang ISP plans, lalo na yung mga may contract at lock-in period, ay postpaid, meaning fixed ang billing mo.
At dahil nga contract-basis sila, hindi yan gaya ng ibang utilities tulad ng kuryente at tubig na de-metro ang sukatan ng bill, na pag putol na eh wala na ring bill dahil nga wala namang lock-in period at kontrata ang kuryente at tubig. So anytime pwede ka kumalas sa kanila. Sa mga ISP plans kasi, lalo na yung mga may contract at lock-in period, ay nakatali ka sa kanila for a certain period of time (3 years kay PLDT; 2 years kay Globe; 2 years kay Converge).

CONVERGE (Within Contract):

19.1 Subscriber may terminate his subscription in writing by giving one (1) month prior notice for cancellation and by fully settling all his outstanding obligations with Converge up until the date of effectivity of the termination. If termination is made during the lock-in period, Subscriber shall pay a pre-termination fee in the amount of the full Monthly Service Fee multiplied by the number of the months remaining in the lock-in period or in such amount as may be prescribed by Converge from time to time in its sole but reasonable discretion upon prior written notice to all subscribers , as well as the Subscriber’s pro-rated bill. In determining the unexpired period, a fraction of a month shall be considered as one (1) month. Subscriber shall also pay the permanent disconnection fee prevailing at the time of disconnection.

GLOBE FIBER (Within Contract):
The standard fees below shall apply should the subscriber decide to terminate his/her account at any time within the twenty-four (24)-month lock-up period (for Plan 1699 and above).
Modem fee (GPON/VDSL) of ₱4,500 + 2 Monthly Recurring Fee (MRF) + balance of any amortization
Once the Pre-Termination Fees are ρáíd by the subscriber, the ownership of the modem and Device will be transferred to the subscriber and the same need not be returned to Globe.

What we did nung pinaputol namin yung PLDT namin nung nangupahan kami sa cubao is, pina temp disconnetion muna namin. Every month ginagawa namin yun. Di kami nag babayad pero hindi ongoing ang bill namin, try mo kung pwde un ganun.

Pumunta ba kayo sa mismong office ng PLDT o tumawag kayo sa Hotline?

Tumawag lang kami, actually yung agent pa nag sabi sa amin na ganun gawin. Then ngayon gusto na namin pa putol talaga pero ayaw talaga namin bayadan un fee, ang sabi is mag email nalang daw na di na kaya magbayad ang cons naman nun is blacklisted ka na sakanila, pero wala naman na mangungulit sayo at di na deretso ang bill mo.
 
been 2011 pldt sub, pag gusto mo ipa terminate ang contract within lock in period (3yrs) ay punta ka sa business center nila at magbabayad ka ng 3 months worth ng subscription plus yun cost ng installation at phone at modem kung hindi naka promo. bibigyan ka nila ng termination receipt bale panlaban mo kung magtuloy tuloy yun billing at hindi maapektuhan ang credit rating mo...

kung ayaw mo bayaran ay wala naman magawa si pldt, blacklisted ka lang sa mga subscription nila including smart

samin po disconnected po yung service tas continous parin po bill ano po kaya mangyayari ayaw ko an rin po bayaran kase anlaki na ng billl di rin namn po namin ginamit yun

Itawag mo sa PLDT sabhin mo wala na kayong pambayad para timigil na din ang pag takbo ng bill niyo. Wala naman sila magagawa. Ung sa Cubao namin na PLDT na hindi na nmin binyadan tinawag namin kasi 5k na ang bill sinabi naman namin na di kami magbabayad. Aun hangang 5k nalang pero nangungulit pa din na bayadan namin haha wala naman sila mgagawa.
