Any tips para tumaba

Wala namang masama sa pagiging payat as long as healthy ka at okay ang BMI mo goods na yan. Iwas sa mga unhealthy foods and lifestyles that will lead to short and long-term health complications (cancer, heart attack, diabetes, and other chronic illnesses). Kung gusto mo mag gain ng weight (a healthy way), buhat + protein drink are your best options.

di ka tataba sa kakakakain kasi form na yan ng katawan mo .. .. ang ginagawa jan nag papalaki ng muscle . .. muscle/gym makakapag pataba/palaki ng katawan mo ..
 
depende din yan sa determination mo boss, gaya ng sinabi mo based on appetite ka lang edi di ka naman pala ganoon ka determined
