Hi po, graveyard shift din ako 12am yung start ng shift ko. Yung ginagawa ko is taking a nap before duty like mga 1hour lang para di antukin and it works naman. Hope it helps.

ako kahit anong search ko sa google or tips , aantukin at aantukin talaga , pero once na nagulat na ko or nagising sa pagkakaantok more energy nko hanggang pagtapos ng shift ko .

caffeine is the key boss, kahit sabihin pang "natural sources" caffeine pa din ang chemical name niyan, kaya avoid graveyard shift jobs, okay lang iyan pang jump start ng resume naten but you should move to a normal job, sacrifice health talaga pag graveyard
