Chipset / NM size mas lower mas better.
Software / Developer Support like FB Group and XDA for custom kernel/recovery/rom etc.
Display size / Battery size
Ram and Rom

kung ilang "nm" (nanometer) - the smaller nanometer, the better speed will get. Then battery, kung ilang mAh. Mas malaki, syempre mas long lasting and last, durability ng touch screen. Mas okay Gorilla Glass 7 with sapphire limit.

1)CHIPSET - This is the mobile equivalent of buying your graphics card. So this is the most important IMHO.
2)RAM - This decides how much graphical power your chipset can use at any given operation. And how much apps can run in the background.
3)Storage(ROM) - You'd think I'm listing this here for something so obvious like 'more storage more apps/games/music/pictures/videos to download' Nope. I mean yes, that much is obvious, but with the phones are currently built, the system 'borrow' ROM and turns it into VRAM to assist in processing power. It's why one of the tips people say is to clear your memory cache so that the system can have more storage that it can turn into vram...
