Wala! May mga downtime lahat ng ISP natin dito. At depende sa area ang klase ng serbisyo ng mga ISP natin dito. Walang jack of all trades sa kanila, na perfect service sa lahat ng area.
So bottom line, they are all "evil", so it's really up to you to choose which among them is the "lesser evil" in your area.
