1. Visit a Cliqq Kiosk in 7-Eleven stores.
2. Select e-Money, then PayMaya.
3. Enter the amount you wish to load up and the mobile number you used to register on PayMaya. *This means you can load up someone else’s PayMaya account, provided this number is what they used to register on the app.
4. The kiosk will issue a receipt. Present the receipt to the 7-Eleven cashier together with the load-up amount in cash.
5. Wait for an SMS text confirming your load-up transaction before leaving 7-Eleven. Your total balance and a history of your transactions will also be reflected in your app (internet required).
How to load up PayMaya at Robinson’s Department Stores and SM Business Centers
1. Look for the Business Centers in Robinson’s or SM Department Stores.
2. Tell the representative you want to load up PayMaya.
3. Fill out the transaction form. Your account number is the mobile number you used to register on PayMaya.
4. Present a valid ID (student IDs also accepted) along with the load-up amount in cash.

How to load up PayMaya using SMART Money
For Smart Money account holders transferring funds to PayMaya.
1. Go to the Smart Money SIM Menu.
2. Select Transfers.
3. Select Others.
4. Enter 8877+Mobile Number of the PayMaya load-up recipient. (ex. 88779181234567).
5. Enter an Amount, your WPIN, and Send.

How to load up PayMaya at BDO

Loading up PayMaya through BDO doesn’t go to your PayMaya account instantly unlike the other methods. This is because the load up method at BDO is counted as bills payment.
Load-ups between 9:00AM-9:59 PM on regular working days will be credited to your PayMaya within 2 hours. If you don’t load up during this schedule, the money will be credited to your PayMaya within 24-48 hours.
1. Log in to your BDO online/mobile account.
2. Select “Financial Services” > “Bills Payment” > “Pay Bills”
3. For “Pay this Company/Biller”: choose PAYMAYA
4. For the Subscriber Number, enter the mobile number you used to register on PayMaya with the format: 639XXXXXXXXX.
5. For the Subscriber Name, enter the recipient’s name. Click Submit.
6. The message “You have successfully ρáíd your bills” will be shown along with your payment details.
