AB English is more on subjects like: Theories, Fundamentals of English, Literature and a bonus Debate course (This may vary depending on schools). Enroll in this course kung trip mo talaga pure English, LOL. ang dis advantage lang niya you need to take up additional 12 units from Educ subjects for you to be qualified from the Board exam, unlike BS, which is the otherwise.

Proficiency in English can be achieved trough practice (this is what they say, LOL). I am sure if you are determined enough to learn you can be who you want. In AB English course you converse with your classmates using language per se (this is what I have observed from prominent university) so there is no reason for you not to muster the language

You are right bro. In literature you will learn a lot. From plays of Shakespeare, the short stories of Edgar Allan Poe and other prominent writers of their own era. Maganda pa dyan para kang nagto-tour kasi there are subjects like Asian-literature, English literature and World literature And of course you will be given a tasks to make an essay about the morals of the stories which give you time to ponder (The stories are a;so reletable to the real life). So, yes, it is a learning of life not just a written scripts.
