Closed Converge ICT Modem - Forgot my Account and Password :(

bale sinet ko kasi na 5 devices lang mkaka connect sa modem, then afterwards, im trying to change it, kaso bgla ko na nakalimutan ung account name and password ko.. irereset ko sana, kaso may nabasa naman ako wag daw basta2 irereset ung modem. any help? I really need it. thanks and blessings!
*** NOTE: sinubukan ko na mag inquire thru FB and ung hotline nila, kaso parehong need ng account no. isa ko pang problem, hindi ko masyado mabasa yung sinulat na acct # dun sa recepit. :( please help! thank you.

wala na talagang ibang way para malaman yan. hard reset na lang at syempre kung kaya mo maprovide account no. mo sa CSr nila para mahelp ka nila. alamin mo na lang account no. mo, pano ka ba nagbabayad kung di mo alam account no. mo?
 
hindi ko macontact customer service nila, bago mo makontak, kelangan mo talaga ilagay account no. kaso nga ang labo nung pagkaka sulat sa receipt ko. tsk. tsaka dun sa fini-fillup-an online, dapat daw 13 digits, parang wala naman 13 digits tong sinulat sa receipt ko. :(

***UPDATE

Okay na mga mam/ser. tumawag ako sa hotline nila. 6670850, sinunod ko lang ung instructions. nireset nila ung username and password remotely, it only took 3minutes to fix it. nag bigay sila ng bagong default username and password.

*wala na pumuntang staff sa house
*hindi nadin ako pumunta sa office nila para pumila
*mabilis na transaction lang
*okay ung staff na nakausap ko. (Aigan yata yung name)

In case may mag hard reset ng modem nyo, all you need to do is to call the given hotline, follow the instruction, then they will fix it too, remotely! ganun lang din kabilis nila maaayos.
