1 - try mo mag repair ng system

2 - winkey + r
run
services.msc

find mo Microsoft Defender service baka disabled
enable mo lang

find mo Microsoft Defender service baka disabled
enable mo lang

yung 1 step mo nagawa ko yan wala talaga may nakita ako sa yt same problem na delete dahil sa ocean games disable defender

hindi yan boss, Should be "Microsoft Defender Antivirus service"
hindi firewall

if sfc doesnt work then maybe pati yung system image backup may prob din
use dismm command (internet required)

run cmd as admin
run
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
after mag success
the you can sfc command again

sfc /scannow
or you can in-place upgrade, its like reinstalling your OS pero no files and apps na mawawala
simply download mo lang latest win11 iso
the mount and run setup.exe

then sundan mo nalang directions
if ever i-ask piliin mo lang yung keep files and apps
pero if hindi then its automatically to be kept

should fix all of your problem since irereistall nya whole os but w/o loosing files and apps

I recommend in-place upgrade nalang
Download windows 11 ISO
Mount mo
Then run setup.exe
IF missing windows defender lang prob mo then that should fix everything

But if problem still persist after that
Then baka malware na kalaban mo
Saka ka mag full reformat
Backup mo nalang files mo

Ganyan din sakin kaso ayaw ma reset yung sakin
