PHWEB-DL
This is a movie or TV show downloaded via an on-line distribution website (web download), such as iTunes. The quality is quite good since they are not re-encoded. The video (H.264) and audio (AC3/AAC) streams are usually extracted from the iTunes file and then remuxed into a MKV container without sacrificing quality.
WEBRip
This is a file ripped from a DRM-free streaming service, such as Hulu, CrunchyRoll or WWE Network. The quality is comparable to WEB-DL, but bitrates are lower to save on streaming bandwidth. The file will be extracted from the RTMP protocol and losslessly remuxed from a MP4 or FLV container to MKV.
WEB-DL is the term used by scene group, now every other groups also uses it.. in between WEB-DL and WEBRip, WEB-DL is always the best quality(sometimes WEBRip is closer to WEB-DL in quality). Now WEB-DL is what is downloaded from web source with lossless quality and that doesn't get encoded. But WEBRip are captured or recorded from web and get encoded also to lower quality that because sometime getting WEB-DL is hard due to encryptions or so. In WEBRip you may can notice frame or audio missing picture issues and many things especially on old titles. So if available go for WEB-DL otherwise webrip is usually better than screener(mainly ripped from DVDs with 480p or 576p, sometimes HD also and even sometime BDRip also). BDrip is better than WEB-DL. Just remeber rip means it's encoded most of the time, not always the case though. Best quality u can get is BD(not BDRip). WEB-DL AND WEB are same.
