Dear Partners,



As you know, the last two days have kept us quite busy, making sure all partners received their account statements with all their valid and invalid referrals.



Our small but dedicated Customer Support Team is right now focusing on responding to all your inquiries about the account statements. We will respond to every request for information, but once again, we ask for your patience while we answer this large volume of requests. We are doing our very best to respond to you as quickly as possible.



If you still have not received the email with your account statement, please contact us at info@crewdle.com, and make sure to provide us the email address to which you would like to receive our communications.



We are still working with our supplier to find the best payment solution, and again, will keep you updated daily until we can confirm the payment date. We are very confident that this date is coming soon but remain dependent at this time on the supplier with regards to the time required to set up a "mass payment" solution to deliver the thousands of payments. This is, unfortunately, taking longer than we expected, and we are sorry for any inconvenience the delay may cause.



Rest assured, we are strongly committed: Crewdle will honor ALL rewards for valid referrals to our partners.
