Click SoftEther Installer to install and follow on screen instruction
2. Running the program:
Run as Administrator
Note.... especially to Windows 10 users:
for windows 7 run as administrator
for windows 10 run as administrator and check overrride dpi
Run the program as administrator and check override high dpi scaling
by right clicking the program and choose properties , choose compatibility
and set the program by checking run as administrator and override high dpi scaling
