I'd experienced few sleepless nights and it fog my mind during the day prior my morning farm drills. Elders said that a sound sleep is the key to a healthy heart; moreover for a quick positive disposition to do a task.
I did a magic for myself lately, voluntarily yet full of determination. I aim for seven to eight hours of sleep nightly. I back off from watching DVD movies, TV programs of my interests, drinking coffee before bed and from ******* too.
Power! I can do my morning farm drills productively and in between, my 8-minutes "Taebo" workouts.
Talk to me for friendly/brotherly/fatherly "tap on the shoulder" if you have trouble sleeping. Have a good day everyone. Cheers.
