Laking computer kasi ako since 10yrs old at cemented sa utak ko math ng elementary dahil sa dami ng test at review na binibigay sa amin that time kaya feel ko sa akin si BSCS, nakapagdecide din sa wakas, masasayang lang ang nalalaman ko kung sa ibang course pa ako (parang ROI sa dami ng oras na ginugol ko sa computer) at papataas ang demand neto in the next next decade, kahit magkaroon ng krisis kakailangan parin tong job para mabuhay ang teknolohiya

naaano parin ako sa iba na sumusunggab sa IT dahil malaki daw sahod .-. para mong sinabi na gusto mo maging graphics artist kasi malaki sahod pero di marunong magdrawing (kailangan mo magclick sa utak mo kung paano mo magagawa ang ganun)

Since Junior High to senior High School (G9, G10, G11,G12) ICT talaga kinuha ko is dahil lang sa laro laro kala ko ez pizzy lemon squicy don, at BOOM! nagulat ako mahirap talaga, but after and after ako nag take ng subject nato nagustohan ko naman din, marunong na ako mag Change ISO( Using USB) not yet learn at CD's etc etc, may nalaman din ako noon MP4 to MPEG (noon kasi Hindi support MP4 TV namin) RJ45, nakalimutan ko na yung iba, dahil siguro sa pandemic, at puro laro mobile games at watch YT, siguro? BSIT kunin ko pero sa isip ko kaya ko ba ito? or... (shuffle thoughts) btw salamat sa pag share po!!

IT kinuha ko nun kasi familiar ako sa pag edit ng HTML gawa ng friendster. haha noong nag aaral pa ako iniisip ko pa ano pinag kaiba pero nung nag work na ako nakadepende parin sya sa kung anong path ang kukunin mo. akala ko nun sa programming ako magtutuloy lalo pat fav subject ko yun at yun ang madalas na humahatak sa average score ko. madalas din akong takbuhan ng mga classmates ko pagnagpapatulong sila sa mga programs nila. Pero nung nag start ako as IT staff at nakahawak ako ng physical IT infra doon ko narealize na yun pala ang gusto ko. haha
malawak ang path sa IT mapa hardware, software, sales at people. Sa panahon ngayon na halos lahat ay gumagamit ng technologies and gadgets paniguradong may mag fifit sayo at may advantage ka na may alam ka sa latest sa tech dahil yung mga next generation mo eh malamang gagamit din nyan.
Maganda na bago or habang kumukuha ka ng IT related course eh alam mo na ang gusto mo para mas solid ang foundation mo. maraming free training at courses na ngayon online na mas tutulong sa pag hubog sayo at mapadali ang pag hanap mo ng trabaho. Doon pa pa lang pwede mo ng makita kung ano nga ba talaga ang gusto mo.

PS. mahina ako sa math kaya nag summer ako calculus. hindi ko pa naman sya nagagamit sa buong IT career ko. hahaha

time would come magiging saturated tong IT lalo n kapag automated na lahat take note A.I algorithm is in process na kaya basa basa din kayo kung ano ang trend sa IT not just dahil na implluwensyahan ka as of now cloud / Azure are in demand pero depende pa din sa papasukan mo kahit mi ultimong AS400 ginagamit pa din until now coz some companies systems are built on it.

im a Database Major SQL to be exact pero di ko nagamit sa line of work na napasukan ko because in reality kung ano ang gusto mo hindi iyon ang ibibiigay sayo you have to work for it in order to attain and reach it i've been on different industries and hindi ko na lang napapasukan is Bank and Airport and cruise and thats what i plan kung sakaling mag lipat ng work but most of my career i've been an IT support on a multinational BPO where as i started as an outsourced employee then got absorbed and become a lead handling a team and a site then later on was able to understand how the infra works from ground up, how calls are routed in and out, how redundant and robust data centers are lahat yan natutunan ko to the point na i know the "ins" and "out" of the BPO and got a chance to manage my own Account which got 8 regions.
