Help PLDT home Prepaid wifi EVOLUZN FX-ID3 can't read any sim

Can someone help me? My pldt EVOLUZN FX-ID3 can't read any simcard i try to reset it and try rebranding it to smart bro but still won't work. please help me

The simcard /number that you indicated on the back of the modem should inserted also. Same number and same sim. As far as I know you should use one sim and you can't change it other number or simcard

No any sim that is partnered by smart like sun tnt and regular smart sim can work in it but one day it can’t read any sim
