Intermittent Fasting

- may gumagawa ba sa inyo nito? nag start ulit ako nito 1 month ago at effective naman. how about you guys?
 
yan gamit ko I.F 16:8 with two meals a day and 3 times a week exercise. focus ka dapat sa kinakain mo kung ano man yung goal mo. example. Kung builting muscles dapat high protein diet etc. pero kung pag pagpapayat lang focus ka sa I.F diet at workout mo.

ako lods 18:6 minsan 20:4 LCIF. pang 4th month ko palang. I started 89 kls tas 72 kls nako now
 
Wow tips naman lods paano ito? I gained weights over this past few months since no work since nawalan ng work. Was 54, now, mga nasa 65 kilos na ako or sobra pa. Ideal naman ata weight ko or much less dapat nasa 60kg. Medyo naging bulky tapos yung nagka bilbil..

pinaka madaling explanation dito is you'll fast for 16 hours and sa remaining 8 hours pede ka kumaen.

But I would highly recommend na ask a doctor about this kung akma sya sayo.
 
I think more than 1 month na kong nag a IF, 16/8. Mahirap mag stick minsan usually pag malapit na ang dalaw hahaha, midnight cravings. 😂
Wala akong weighing scale so I don't have any idea about my weight pero before my waistline is 30 inches, right now 27 inches na lang, with the help of workout syempre.
 
Gawain ko din to. Twice a day lang kakain. Tapos isang cup ng rice tas madaming gulay para mabusog hehe. Kaso mahal ng gulay ngaun awit. Di nataas at di nababa ung weight ko. :)
