Hi. Sorry, I didn't want to ask for this since I am fine paying for my internet. But right now, we are quarantined and globe internet is not working. It was working this morning but it stopped. I need help. We need internet during this period and globe is not responding at all. The agents, the installer, no one. I am in metro manila

Paano po mga boss malalaman pppoe credentials ko? accidentally nareset kasi yung saamin, i have tried to contact globe several times through cust service, emails, social medias nila but no luck.
