give yourself a time to grieve,iiyak mo lang at ibuhos yung sama at pighati na nadarama mo.After all you need to have always positive outlook in life,ito ang paghuhugutan mo ng lakas ng loob to start over again.Try to cut your communications with him/ her at hangga't maaari umiwas ka sa mga taong malapit sa kanya.Maglibang ka like going out with friends iwasang magmukmok.Try to divert your attention to other things na makakapagpasaya sayo.Take it easy ,I know it takes time but once you over come it ,its all worth.

Una is acceptance na yung taong minahal mo ay may mahal ng iba oo mahirap pero kailangan tanggapin ganyan ang buhay eh.
Umiyak ka lang hanggang sa gusto mo hanggang mawala yung lungkot, sakit.. magpaka busy ka sa work study any kind of activities na makakatulong para makalimutan mo kahit papano yung lungkot pero it takes time di rin sya madali.
