sgesge thanksss ung temperature tlga problema ko aabot kasi ng 60 - 70c

This is caused by several reasons but Im glad you found out the problem already.

Some solutions would be:
1. Update video card drivers.
2. Some glitch in windows 10 creators update which should be resolved easily.
3. Try adaptive v-sycn.
4. Verify dota 2 files in steam.
5. Ensure adequate power to the graphics card.

Try adding the parameters in set launch option the command "-vulkan", that is if your video card supports it. My fps is at an average 110 fps (110-120 fps) plus the graphics is much better. Try "-gl" too, if all under-performed or lags then you will have to settle on the native directx.
